They have this crossfit time spot at the gym for conditioning - I know they do a lot of dead lifts, which can fuck up your back. I'm going to have to be strict on form, and not over stress the amount I lift.

i love deadlifts. at first i felt sore but went lighter weight and worked on form and now just a few months later dead lifting reps of 120kg (265lbs) and going heavier every week.
