i somewhat agree though; on the cover, d-dre and dubb 20's light source is the sun, which is in front of them...but they're placed in a nighttime setting, with a light source (street light post) behind them lol

what kind of concept is it anyway? Its called "HOOD PRESIDENT" and you even have the president's official seal on the cover but then you got 2 dudes posing on some grimey street at night just standing there... Ok? Where does the HOOD PRESIDENT PART come in at..? It could easily be called "2 niggaz in the hood." Looks like you took a generic album cover concept of rappers standing on a grimey street and just slapped the President's Seal on there... on top of that, you got the ghost of Jacka watching over all like its some RIP poster of something. why is he on there at all if he's just presenting it? People gonna think its a jacka album based on how prevalent his image is on the cover. and its kinda hard to read the title, so someone seeing the cover in a store will probably also think it's a JACKA album called "Presents" based off how big and clear that portion of text is compared to the actual album name.
