this is such a fantastic show but its starting to get so much attention...I heard my sister with her dumb friend going on about this show the other day. Apparently all her friends have caught on to it now, and this is the type of crowd that watches nothing but MTV. All of a sudden the show means less to me...anyone else experience this yet? I want it to stay unknown so I can feel special watching it. fuck

No offense but that is just idiotic logic to stop liking something. I hate when people do that with music as well.

nah, nutt....didnt say i would stop liking it. i love breaking bad....but it loses a bit of the mystique that it had

i can see it more with music though, because often artists who get more exposure change their style. just sayin

ehh, the mainstream rap is different i guess. Nobody listens to it in canada. Everyone is huge on pop culture so its very rare to hear anyone listening to, say, juvenile 400 degreez album or the new j cole mixtape

Yeah if an artist gets big and switches it up or starting making crappy music that makes total sense. But just because something/someone gets a bigger following is just a stupid reason to not like it/them anymore in my opinion.

All my friends have been addicted to Breaking Bad right out the gate for the most part. Plus being almost 31 any of my friends little sisters are in at least their mid 20s so I guess I really can't relate to what you are saying on that point.

How old is your little sister?
