Freddie Gibbs has been acquitted of a sexual assault charge brought against him in Austria.
The Gary, Indiana today was found not guilty of “sexual abuse of a defenseless or psychologically impaired person”, according to his lawyer, Theodore Simon. Gibbs had been accused of spiking a woman’s drink and then having “abused her sexually while she was in a defenseless state” while on tour in Vienna, Austria in 2015.
