P90X and Insanity Are good if your serious about getting in shape and you cant stick to them you are more or less certaian to get ripped.
The tapout XT is just the same shit as the last two but with different exersizes...TBH they are all the same high intesity regimes that just burn hella calories...
Me I just fuck with alot of MMA conditioning training in my gym and just do my own sweat circuits and weights regime.....
Or you can just fuck all that shit get some growth hormones(hGh),6weeks course of winstrol and hella tes450 and just work out for like 8weeks, eat right and have a body like mike tyson in his prime in under 3months
