Where do ya'll get your fonts?

I know there's a few sites like dafont.com where you can download fonts for free and that there's free font packages and stuff like that, but what about other fonts that you normally have to pay for? Is there any websites that allows you to download these fonts? Do you guys pay for fonts?

I'm looking for the following fonts:
* The whole Gill Sans Family
* Neuquen
* ITC Kabel Book
* And I would love to have the "LT Essentials 1" package

Does anyone have these fonts and would like to share? Or does anyone know where I can get these fonts without paying for them?
