Where Can I Download Celcius?

There is no way that I would buy Celcius because Tech doesn't get a dime. I have half of the songs already anyways. I've heard of getting it on mIRC. Every time I went to a room, I didn't know how to request anything, or any of the commands needed to obtain an album. Can anyone help me out with the commands or tell me where else I can find it?
