see thats what i think one of the main differences is between east and west...east pays more attention to lyrics...west pays more attention to beats...good example...x-raideds new shit...good lyrics, but gay ass candy beats, and it ruins it...so i'd have to say beats

Yeah, I really listent to the beats most of the time, sometimes, I don't really pay attention to the lyrics. Good raps are a plus though, since I'm producin' songs, I have to look at it from both directions equally
