Do you know where your underwear has been? Patagonia's hoping to take it to the recycling center and back, as part of its Common Threads Recycling Program. You heard right, the company will accept all-polyester long johns and then use them in creating new garments—diverting the worn-out materials from landfills or incineration. (See a very long video on the topic here.) At first we had a hard time getting behind this initiative, but now we don't see what the flap is about. As long as they're not making ski masks out of the stuff.
