There Both Technically on the same labe, Rap a Lot, SMoke a Lot is just a branch of that. That Tech N9ne and E-40 is the main reason to buy this, I usually don't buy mixtapes, especially since they started charging for mixtape, a mixtape used to be free and you would put it out there to promote your unknown artists or yourself so when the real cd comes out you would have to buy it. Now the mixtapes cost more than the official artist albums. That Fat asian dude makes the cover look pretty corny man, had me laughin.
