I had a feeling this movie was going to suck. I said it once already, way to many scary movies starting with "THE" and seems when they do they all suck lol. Although I heard the myst was decent. I could be wrong. There are a few of the "The" movies that are good but the ones below just proove the point.

The Happening
The Myst
The Fog
The Grudge 1 and 2
The Ruins
The Devils Rejects
The Ring 1 and 2 (soon to be 3)
The Strangers
The village
The Cave

lmao@your list.

The Grudge and Ring are two of the most successful (and critically acclaimed) horror movies made since 2000. You can add the Mist and Devils Rejects to that as well.

yeah, they make people talk about how shitty his movies are and promise to never watch one of his movies again.
lol.. shitty or not, check the box office numbers. He's doing what he needs to do. As much shit as people talk, not ONE of this movies have bombed.

I didn't like the Grudge at all, but my opinion probably holds no merit since I liked the Strangers.
WATCH THE JAP VERSIONS BETTER...JU-ON 1 IS BOTH GRUDGES IN THE U.S. 1 AND 2 AND JU-ON TWO IS SUPPOSEDLY GRUDGE 3 AND 4 SOON TO BE IN THE U.S.

SHIT'S ALOT MORE TIGHTER IMO.

Yeah, that one leaves me scratching my head. I think people got fooled this time because of the whole "his first R rated movie!" scam. Eventually people will give up on him (hopefully ).

Also, maybe that's part of the problem. He sees the box office numbers and thinks he did a great job and completely fails to realize he sucks ass.

Yeah he did decent numbers with this one but you should have seen how much the attendance droped it's second day of release. We went from like 8 sold out shows Friday night to 1 the next night and that was only because it was one of our smaller theaters.

Word got out quick on how bad this movie is.

Microphones are seen in a lot of movies (like seriously upwards of 50%, big budget movies included) they just aren't supposed to be seen by the movie-goers. It just means that they (the theater you were at) didn't have their masking (curtain above and to the each side of the screen) in the right place for the format of the movie. I can notice when a film is out of frame by one sprocket now and it bugs me but most people wouldn't notice it at all.

I bet Defy knows what I'm talking about.

By the time they hit DVD the mics are cropped out.
