Ever notice in the movie "The Matrix" in the New World they don't show a single black person in the backgound? Its a city scene with lots of people. All white.... anyway to the vid -
Some day it could happen, but how is a global army going to be set up? Look at Iraq, they have enough problems setting up an army. What do you do about countries which have no resources to offer? How about starving countries? I can see when energy is too high for the individual to purchase they could live in dorm like building at their workplace but don't think it will be on lockdown as the video suggests.
