MANTECA, CA - Manteca police arrested a woman suspected of stabbing another woman Sunday just after midnight at Strike Zone Bowling Alley on Yosemite Avenue.
The 25-year-old victim was stabbed three times after a fight broke out at the bar, said Manteca Police Department spokesman Rex Osborn.
A witness at the scene taped the fight and uploaded it on YouTube.
When police got to the scene, the victim had already left, but a witness got a license plate number for the suspect's vehicle, said Osborn.
Angelica Strahorn, 22, was arrested after police tracked her down at her home. Police stopped Strahorn outside of her home as she pulled up in her green Lincoln.
Osborn said police found the knife in the car.
Strahorn was arrested on attempted murder.
Osborn said the fact that the video was posted on YouTube could present a problem for the prosecution because people could watch it and then say they saw the incident before a jury trial.
On the other hand, Osborn said, "If more people were videotaping other people doing criminal acts, maybe they wouldn't do it. More people, more eyes; the more likelihood you'll have a safer society.
