Don't do it. Don't you dare take yourself to see this CGI based film with zero plot and the most ridiculous ending I've ever seen.

You're better off watching District 9 and then play Gears of War 2 and killing lots of Reavers.

It had a great alien concept that was completely unexplored through the plot. You don't know why the aliens are there, and all the characters you'd root for they kill off before you get a chance to get involved in their development.

If anything, just watch it for the awesome cgi, but don't expect any type of conclusion to your questions.

It took a little bit from every sci-fi alien movie and rolled it into one.

I just watched it online ( link below pretty clear ) and I loved the trailers but did not expect much and that was pretty much it. I say its average and you only find out why the aliens are there at the end ( which makes sense why they are doing what they are doing ) but the ending itself is well yeah...
