playstation 3 dns error

anybody know what this shit means?

everytime i try and connect my PS3 online i get a DNS error...i even did the whole command thing to get my IP and my primary and secondary DNS and put em in manually?

go to the command prompt and type ipconfig /all
notice the space after "ipconfig" you will see your dns server. Sometimes they will change.

yeh i know i already put that in...ive never been able to connect to the internet before i just got it last week...
