well my fav EVER is NaS but that isnt new. i like a whole lot of shit besides tech but when it comes to rap him nas and cube are really the only ones left i pay to listen too.
Too bad Killer blows Nas' (untitled album) out of the water. Nas always has some decent tracks on everyone of his CDs, but often he just says shit to rhyme. One line won't have anything to do with the next line...except that the last words rhyme.

Tech N9ne definitely blows all other artists away. There's really no comparison.
There are a few other artists I like (that I haven't seen listed on here):

Devin the Dude (great live show!)
Andre Nickatina (also great live)
T-Nutty (you heard him on MLK)
Young Bop (T-Nutty's boy, also from Sacramento)
Keak Da Sneak (Deified is tight)

It also doesn't hurt that he's related to E-40.

Rofl, I cant believe you put Del's If you must up there. that song is hilarious.
3030 is Del's best compliments of Automater and his last CD is whack as hell as if he didnt even try. Del is also a lazy performer if anyone ever seen him live, dude gets fucked up cant remember his own lyrics and shit.
