paypal just pretty much saves ur debit/credit card info...or u can put funds into it to make purchases

Ebay's trying to get everyone too use pp tho, cuzz they mostly care about money & pp is 1 of their companies. It's not as easy using mo's on there any more. Paypal let's you pay with your bank account thru them, or with your credit card. You can also accept payments to your pp account & then you got different options on where it goes from there.
