reggie did one good thing by clearing out all the bad contracts, so who ever takes over after him will have it easier.


they should just fire DA, olsen and tarver. put sparano as interim, saunders as OC and promote whoever the fuck to DC

man Carr got at Olsen, dude needs to stick to not changing what works for us, we scored on nice play calls to go up 7 and then its like he changed the whole fucking thing up by putting in MJD when Mcfadden was looking good and was running nice and Carr was throwing nice balls down the field fuck these short passes can't do shit with them

Now Carr will have to learn a whole new system next year when the new coach brings his own coordinators in. Classic Raiders. Allen deserved it tho. Reggie shoulda hired a offensive coach from the Packers tree right away.

His kids are getting older (the main reason he quit coaching was to watch his kids grow up, now they're 20, 17, and 14, two of them will be out the house next year anyway lol) and broadcasting don't pay like head coaching, especially the type of money Gruden could command.
