Newbie question...

I've been wondering how you make those backgrounds where you got lines going down sideways like on that DKNY page. If someone could explain the process I would really appreciate it. I know it's a newbie question, but I really wanna know this. I guess you could draw each individual line, but that would take a whole lot of time. And those backgrounds are small and is just repeated downwards on a webpage. How do you make it look like a continuing line when repeating on a page. HAHA I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say here. I guess this is an easy process. Please explain someone.

In Photoshop, it's just a pattern. http://www.good-tutorials.com/search/query/Patterns Zig zag lines aren't hard at all.

You save the file as wide as u want it (800px maybe), but only make it as tall as u NEED it for the pattern to repeat.
