dope design..im new to the photoshop game and im noticing a new trend with using this type of filter on pics..all the mixtapes have this style. if someone can lace me on what filter or plug in is being used that would be dope. Im not asking for specific settings I know the unwritten rule just point me in the right direction and i can figure out settings on my own.
