This cat that was on Ghetto Report Card hella sound like Jay Tee the Playa to me. His flow was very similar. Did anybody else notice? Also, this was the first time I heard of him, and I listen to a lot of Bay music, what has he done so far? I'm guessing he just connected with 40 thru Tone Capone.
