Kingpins Only (2 different versions?)

So I have a tape version of this Killa Tay/KJ (Dosia)-related comp Kingpins Only. Ive been looking for it on cd for a while. Heres what i was looking for-

Now i came across another one, for $1 at Amoeba, and since i didnt have the track listing or my tape in front of me (i assumed it was the same album, with a new cover), and I saw Killa Tay/KJ was on it, i bought it. Its a different version though. The one above came out in '97 and this one came out in 2001.

This second one, the one i bought, is not nearly as good as the one i wanted. Anyone know how much the one im looking for goes for, and what the deal with this whole situation is?

2 comps with the same name, and same rappers, different tracks though.

funny shit...i have the second one, and gave it a listen a few weeks ago since it had to be YEARS since i last touched it..and no surprise, i still wasnt feelin it except for 1 or 2 tracks..

Kingpins Only is the name of the group. Apart from the already mentioned Killa Tay an KJ there's definitely C-Money and Young Sly. Probably Buggy and Lil D too. Here, take a look at the detailed tracklist (for the OG) off my website:
