The vocals are recorded really badly for something to be released. The beat was decent, the lyrics were ok, but it sounds very unprofessional and like it was recorded in a bedroom with a $20 mic. I'd keep writing and doing my thing until I could get the scratch to hit up a proper studio if I were in your position. Just my opinion on what I heard.
