If you look at all these rap message boards (sohh/allhiphop) only people really feel him are people from cali with a few fans in the south. Similar to chingy he got a single where the girls are feeling and people are feeling but others are hating on. But to the rest of the nation its pretty much a joke. If so I hope he is the debut Chingy who went plat.

e-40 will rap circles around chincy or just about any other rapper on earth. hes a pioneer and a legend. i aint knockin chingy, but he was a hype man for nelly and would be considered a follower where as 40 has always been a leader

Big difference homie. They rap about 2 different things. E-40 fan base way bigger. Chingy's career was over when he decided to name himself Chingy.

on most of them boards people usually state that they liked E-40 back in the day and that they had much respect for him.. Chingy aint got it liek that.. and point blank chingy is a new cat in the game who came into it w/o the same respect e-40 got when he was new...
