Actually quad booting is a pretty sweet deal like me I'm a producer and all that shit and some good programs are mac only. So correction it is not a waste of time or space a very valuable tool when used by a person that utilizes it's power and understands what and why there doing it. Obviously your PC is nothing to you but virus infested with spy-ware crawling out of that empty PCI slot where your graphics card got fried from last weeks porn downloads.
You do know that iChat is like Trillian right? It's compatible with multiple IM services (including AIM, Yahoo, GoogleTalk, etc.)

If you're a producer and cant afford to run more than one comptuer than i'd suggest getting a new line of work because its not working out for you. Having to reboot to switch when youre working on 1 project is so time waisting its a joke.

No I don't have to its all configured within mac to run multiple systems thus saving time and money on studio time. And it's working out good producing is what I do thats my line of work. Several of my clients use logic pro which I have then I can switch to the other OS in about 3 seconds to continue work on windows for the windows only software. My suggestion is to check things out before you talk (usernamex) if it's not broke why fix it?

Yes it does pertain to me you come talking shit about my producing and acting like you know what your talking about when you don't. Some people more than you think do this day to day for their line of work. I don't talk shit on people but when you come acting like your the god of computers and know it all a person of a higher caliber has to come and tell you how it goes down because obviously you don't know how it goes down so respect it or keep your trap shut!!!

Everything you just said makes no sense at all I am a coder who has spent a great deal of time and involvement in the PC Mac OS X compatibility project. If you make a great deal of money from computers then what's the problem ? Selling software makes a great amount of money doesn't it ? Then when you put a PC together giving your customer a choice or to have both windows and mac on the PC will greatly be appreciated by most consumers. Since if you consider that the PC has so many viruses and bugs that can make you lose vital and important data. Now the next complaint your going to say is o that's illegal to do what your doing well technically it's not because the code was used off a linux engine and the drivers were purchased of the mac disc. Nothing from the mac system was tampered with just the systems ability to run mac was a new option available to consumers that I work with.
