i would cut MNM, the heartthrobs, simon dean, eugene, all those stupid diva search bitches, the bashams, snitsky, cade & murdoch and every talent that theyre not doing anything with.

i would then re-merge RAW and Smackdown, (even if it meant trimming more talent), having each belts champion (batista/cena, carlito/benoit, ? & ?/ animal& heidenreich, etc) face off against each other to merge the belts back (of course with the WWE belts staying). id then rehire the dudleyz, and any ex-wwe talent thats in TNA that i could get back.

I would also bring back a new 2005 version of the ministry, as i feel undertaker deserves some spotlight as his career winds down. in addition, if he wanted, i would sign austin to a new contract.

and last, but SURE AS HELL NOT LEAST, i would bring back vince russo and paul heyman to the creative team so they could actually write some decent storylines once again (lets not 4get that russo was the wwe writer from 1997-1999, when, coincidentally, the WWF was killing everything in its path)

I'd definatly merge the shows back together, I'd have to make some cuts and change some of the gimmmicks around that are ridiculous. I wouldn't bring back people like Austin to give some of the newer talent to shine. Some guys have to retire like Guerrero and Benoit, Bring up some new talent from OVW and guys who havn't been around in a minute but still have age on their sides. I agree with reuniting the belts together but giving the new champs new belts since these will be hands down the most coveted championships in wrestling.

I like the shows apart with the one difference having only one set of champs (WWE; IC; US; Tag Team; Womens) and let them only go back n forth to defend their belts ( like it was at the begining of the brand extension)
I credit Russo for starting a new trend but that guy only has a shelf life of a year- true because of him you got to see SCSA get the cuffs slapped on him and dragged out of the arena, but how many times did russo just recycle his ideas? really? Every one that even mentions his name follows it up with "... I hope he dies..." TNA brought him back for awhile, but he got too big for his britches (again) and they cut him. He wanted to write storylines again, and they told him he would strictly be talent with no creative force at all.
Paul Heyman can make a steaming pile of shit look like french vanila ice cream, I would definitly put him back on payrole- talent and creative, the man knows wrestling, just not math.
People I would Cut- The heart throbs; masters; heidenrich; simon dean (but Nova can stick around)
I want Eugene to go through a "flowers for algernon" angle (where he takes a smart drug, and gets so smart he figures out hes dying so he stops taking his medicationa and slowly reverts back to normal, & dies. Then he can come back as who ever with a new character)
Ive never been impressed with Test; SCSA only has about 5 matches left in him -if that; Lance storm is happily retired, his last match his best friend (Jherico) put him over (which is very unique for a wrestlers "final" match); X-pac, even though he no-showed the last PPV (again) still has a job with TNA and is counting down the days to spike tv when his suspension should end, even though he should be blackballed from the industry.
I would take that thing off Jillian Halls face (fuckable blonde on smackdown who can throw down for reals and they gave her a horrible gimmick)
I like MnM and Melina will probably be my next trish stratus in the next 2-3 years.
I think MnM, the Superheros, hell all of the tag teams ( not the ones just thrown together- ala RVD/BookerT) should just be on one show with one set of belts and let that be that. There is already a shortage of tag team wrestling but between two shows its nonexistant.
and finally I would only hire folks who know wrestling and not folks who use to write for nickelodion or upn....
