So, if I like something too much, I'm a dick rider.

BUT -

If I don't like something, I'm a hater.

How do avoid being categorized as either?

So for instance, if you're a die hard Yukmouth fan - someone (usually not a Yuk fan) will call you a dickrider.

BUT -

If you (not a Yuk fan) say you don't like Yuk - someone (a Yuk fan) will call you a hater.

Are we supposed to just stay quiet?

It's when you go to the extreme of liking or disliking, like how some will talk shit as soon as someone doesn't like the same artist or whatever. Some people here get ass hurt over bullshit.
