what do u guys think about the rising gas prices? obviously, the price of gas is ridiculously low compared to at least European countries, and they were being held artificially low. if we're in iraq to control oil prices, how come the price has just suddenly jumped, despite the saudis pledging to increase their output? ... just a few things i was curious about

one thing though is that since oil companies can probably charge pretty much whatever they want, why dont they? America is dependent on oil, so even if oil prices skyrocketed even more, the demand for oil wont change very much. seeing as how oil prices are a lot more in european countries, it would appear to me that for some reason, America, which is more dependent on oil, should be paying MORE. i'm not sure about how much of a markup that Europeans face though. but take a look at these prices european/us gas prices

well they actually got hydrogen powered cars now. they just arent on the market. I think mazda is slating for their first hydrogen car to come out in 2020.
