I have hight blood pressure and I went to a nutritionist and they put me on a diet where I didn't eat any dairy or cow anything I also ate healthier in general by not eating fried foods and not drinking anything with too much sugar in it. I lost 40lbs in a few months and my blood pressure and cholesterol were both normal. I gained a lot of weight back because I was off my diet for a while but I have been trying to stick with it again for a while because it was nice to be slimmed down.
