my friend tore his ACL at work and hasnt worked in almost 2 years and since getting hurt has moved out into his own apartment, gotten a new car and bought a shit load of new clothes. hasnt worked a day in his life since the injury.
Your're going to need a lawyer to get a settlement, otherwise you damn near won't even be taken seriously. I got one almost 4 years ago....took hella long, but they weren't givin me the time of day until my lawuer sent them documentation.
