Bruce Lee would of got destroyed in the UFC, unless he crossed trained. His style alone wouldn't hold up. Notice the lack of kung fu in any MMA.

Not only that, but stating the obvious he never fought in MMA so they'll have to invent fake attributes like take down defense, ground top control, etc!

Maybe next game they can include Jet Li, Jackie Chan and Jason Straham. Fuck it include Chuck Norris and just make every stat 100!

I understand what EA is doing here - they are trying to create a buzz and get lot's of sales - but it kills the integrity of a game that is supposed to be a fight simulator.

Least Chuck Norris actually fought in kick boxing matches, and has a black belt in BJJ under Carlos Machado.

he actually did cross train. Him and Gene LeBell were good friends, Bruce taught him to kick and Gene taught him throws. But Bruce thought wrestling was boring as far as entertainment and felt that striking was the easier way to finish a fight.

Thank God someone here knew what they were talking about. Bruce Lee was a huge grappling fan. If you look at this movies, they show that. He finished his fights with Samo Hung and Jabbar with a tapout and choke in 2 different movies. His books also talk about incorporating throws and grappling, in addition to other techniques from other styles like Savate and fencing even.

But overall, it's kinda cool to see his likeness in a game, but it takes away from the realness of the game in a lot of ways to me. Even if it is just a video game.

Bruce Lee did street fight. Martial artists all over the world used to challenge him all the time. I think he would've done well in UFC. Real kung fu is full contact tho. No gloves no rules. So kicking balls and gouging eyeballs is legal. Monks know kung fu the most but they don't fight for money.
