I know the guy only has 3 KO's but when you see him hit you wonder how he even got those 3.
Certainly didn't help he was from the weight class below danny. Ranked #77 there. And they didn't even fight at 140 it was a catchweight of 142. Gotta love Haymon

This was actually a PPV in Puerto Rico lol

He said some shit like fans have never laced 'em up and shouldn't be criticizing fights because basically we're uneducated and Salka is a live dog, basically defending the huge mismatch, then sure enough he gets blasted in rd 2. Kept saying how sharp Garcis looks yeah, no fucking shit he looks sharp against Salka.
Normally when people use that as an argument it means they don't have any other argument to make. In that case commentators/critics/observers in any sport should never comment on any sport they've never played at a high level. It's something people say when they don't have an argument.

I could somewhat see where he's coming from because you want to give a guy credit for stepping in the ring. I don't want to disparage Salka because dudes putting himself on the line and if you get a big opportunity like that to beat a name guy you go for it, but it was a nonsense fight to be headlining an event. Put competitive fights on the main card and have any tune ups and shit on Sho Extreme.

2-0, have you heard if Garcia is actually big in PR? Like do they consider him one of their stars?

My thing about Paulie is he's a sell out. Straight up. After getting robbed by Diaz he went on an epic rant about Al Haymon. He would say stuff that Al Haymon fighters always fight "laundry mat attendants" and countless other things. And then he signed to Al Haymon and now defends these fights because he can't bite the hand that feeds him. In 2009 he was saying Pacquiao would beat Mayweather. Then he flipped it, said floyd wins easy, Pac is on PEDs. He demanded VADA testing against Broner, Al Haymon threatened to cancel the fight and Paulie shut his mouth never said a word about it, then gets KOd by Porter and then accuses Porter of being on ROIDS. This guy is just a fraud.

Anyways, from what I hear Danny is not a star in Puerto Rico. They expected way better numbers when he fought Herrera there. No idea what the PPV numbers will be like for this fight I can't imagine them being good. I remember a debate going on because some boxer said there are currently no Puerto Rican chanpions and Danny then tweeted he's the only PR champ. Lot's of comments on his tweet by Puerto Ricans saying no you're an American champ since you were born in the US. So I doubt many really consider him as "their own".

I don't understand why wannabe #boxing fans are mad. Salka beat an undefeated Cuban boxer. He schooled the Cuban School

I was actually more excited about watching Spadafora work the mitts. At that point I gave him a sliver of a sliver of a chance, like OK, at least he's got someone with experience in the corner.

What an idiot. Collado is a good win, Collado also spent nearly his entire career at super featherweight or below. What the shit does that have to do when fighting Garcia at 142?

My mistake I got duped. That was apparently a fake Espinoza twitter account that is on a roll since Saturday with hilarious tweets. He even duped Dan Rafael who retweeted and commented on one of the fake tweets (something about how Dan Rafael said it was the card of the year and dan replied I did NOT say that!" lol)

PR's don't like him cuz he doesn't speak Spanish, straight up! My in-law, who was born in PR and raised in Brooklyn, knows Danny and says he has a lot of haters in PR cuz he never presented himself as such plus all the comments his dad be makng about being American. This PR shit coming from Danny is to try to get more fans to back him up just incase he was to fight Floyd.

Maybe it's because even for Puerto Rican standards he's too fruity:

By the way, shame on that ref for letting that fight get to that knockout of Salka. Dude was obviously overmatched and Garcia was clearly just loading up on that left hook. He was wobbly, had been down twice, and pretty much had no chance in there.

This was also the umpteenth time that Garcia has landed that heavy left hook while not even facing his opponent. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but he's not going to be elite if that's how he fights. This fight actually did him a disservice in my opinion because if he jumps right in to another big fight, it's going to be a huge jump in opposition. I'd like to see Garcia/Peterson even though Peterson loses to every good fighter he fights, even on roids. Except for Khan, who I thought narrowly beat Peterson, but he was still failed a test on that fight too

So Garcia really did fight a cat who was 77? Who the fuck sanctioned it?
Fortunately because of the backlash no one did. It was a non title fight (you know it's bad when even the WBC is like woah hold on here!

Leo Santa Cruz is fighting a guy ranked #93 on the Mayweather undercard smh. It's bad but at least Leo isn't the lineal champ and it's not the main event

But Leo calles out everybody, Rigo is no longer with Top Rank, and he pulls this shit off? Haymon be fucking it up bigtime, plus these fighters are actually following his orders.
