I think im not quite finished I think I just need to play around with the smoke part. But any more feedback would be nice which one of these is better one with top corner borders or one without any. Thanks for any feedback.

feelin the second one better..not feelin the "for the smokers" font..or the gradient u used for it..switch that up a bit...other than that shit looks clean

Yea ima switch the font also maybe mess with the smoke since the original BG pic already had smoke and I forgot to fix it up before I merged and saved it. Original pic with the smoke

yeah change the fonts, and i think there is too much black up top, fill that area with something, like the background pic or something
