just checked, there's 64 calories per fluid ounce in distilled vodka, which is enough to get your swerve on and not pay for it out the ass in calories.

and drinking light beer IMO is not gonna do much by way of you losing weight, just stop drinking beer while you're working out and you'll see the best results.
