Like I said posts ago, you can do what they say and still get your head cracked.

The real problem is not people who say to do whatever a pig says to do. The real problem is criminal justice system, the way society gives cops the benefit of the doubt and other dorms of institutional deviancy.
AMEN

tho the ppl that do whatever the pigs tell them to do outside the boundaries of right and law is how they set precedent in the court systems that fuccs errbody

And has anyone asked why these muthafuckas are given the benefit of the doubt? Why should you, based simply because you held your hand up and took an oath, be given the benefit of the doubt? If anything, you should be held to the HIGHEST fuckin standards as you are supposed to LEAD by goddamn example. How the fuck can you give me a ticket if you are speeding in and out of traffic, no signals, no blinkers, simply so you can get to Baja Grill? How the fuck you gonna arrest me for DV when you take your job to your home everyday and beat the shit out of your wife? How the fuck are you gonna say you feared for your life when you asked me for my goddamn ID? This shit is ASSFUCKINGODDAMNBACKWARDS.

In 2012, according to data compiled by the FBI, 410 Americans were “justifiably” killed by police—409 with guns. That figure may well be an underestimate. Not only is it limited to the number of people who were shot while committing a crime, but also, amazingly, reporting the data is voluntary.

Last year, in total, British police officers actually fired their weapons three times. The number of people fatally shot was zero. In 2012 the figure was just one. Even after adjusting for the smaller size of Britain’s population, British citizens are around 100 times less likely to be shot by a police officer than Americans. Between 2010 and 2014 the police force of one small American city, Albuquerque in New Mexico, shot and killed 23 civilians; seven times more than the number of Brits killed by all of England and Wales’s 43 forces during the same period.

In America, by contrast, it is hardly surprising that cops resort to their weapons more frequently. In 2013, 30 cops were shot and killed—just a fraction of the 9,000 or so murders using guns that happen each year. Add to that a hyper-militarised police culture and a deep history of racial strife and you have the reason why so many civilians are shot by police officers.

I remember when I used to make my mind up on something and only sought out sources to reinforce it, and ignored any other opposing opinions and facts. That was before I thought for myself and applied rational thought and critical thinking to things, back when I was a child

NYPD Officers Swing on 16-Year-Old With His Hands Raised, Then Hit Him in the Face With a Gun

The latest video evidence of police brutality in New York City comes not via a bystander with a smartphone but from good old-fashioned surveillance footage. DNAinfo has the disturbing tape showing two officers catching up to 16-year-old Kahreem Tribble in Bed Stuy, just after 2 a.m. on August 29. The first cop takes a big swing at Tribble’s face and misses. As the teen backs into a security grate with his hands up, the second officer runs up, gun drawn, and smashes him in the teeth with the weapon. Once on the ground, Tribble gets hit again.

The officers have been identified as Tyrane Isaac (the punch) and David Afanador (the gun), and are now under criminal investigation by the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau and Brooklyn D.A. Ken Thompson, DNAinfo reports. Isaac was stripped of his badge and gun, while Afanador has been suspended without pay. Both have been accused twice before of a false arrest or excessive force.

America doesnt have a gun problem...oh wait...
Correct. America does not have a gun problem, it has people problems or to clarify people who don't know how to deal with their own problems so they take it out on others that are undeserving of the punishment, too often with weapons.

Sure I'd love to become a cop. They get tons of respect and admiration from the community and have great benefits.

Ben Hall, public safety officer, buys woman booster seat because a 'ticket doesn't solve the situation'
October 7, 2014 5:19 PM
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

EMMETT TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A Michigan officer who pulled over a vehicle because a 5-year-old girl wasn't secured in a booster seat decided a ticket wouldn't cut it.

Instead, Emmett Township public safety officer Ben Hall bought her a seat.

"A ticket doesn't solve the situation," Hall told WXMI-TV. "What solves it is the child being in the booster seat like she should be. It was the easiest 50 bucks I ever spent."

Hall was on patrol Friday in the southern Michigan community when he pulled over the vehicle after someone reported that it had an unsecured young child inside. Alexis DeLorenzo and her daughter were riding with a friend, and Hall said DeLorenzo told him that she had fallen on hard times and couldn't afford a booster seat.

"I was in a spot where I could help her," Hall said.

DeLorenzo said she knew that they could have been ticketed, but instead, DeLorenzo told her to meet him at a Wal-Mart, where he bought her the seat.

"It changed my life," DeLorenzo said. "I'm never going to forget him. And neither will my daughter."

Yes, people should buy extra food, ammo, and other things they enjoy or feel they need like toilet paper, toiletries, etc. not for civil war but for common sense. The cost of everything has exploded and in a capitalist system they more than likely will continue to climb. I thought a few posts ago you said you "applied rational thought and critical thinking to things." OOPS
