im glad they brought charges, no one should be above the law. but im sad to see such an opportunity wasted. aldon smith was in a position to be a hero and role model, and threw it away to act like a dumbass

well sure, but isnt he in trouble because he was shooting in the air at a party, and someone else freaked out and started shooting too, and some random person got shot? if that never happened the cops probably wouldn't have ever had cause to fuck with him, it was just a bad choice.
