they make it look that way but I really don't think so.....anyone know anything about that "unwritten rule" Jax is talking about? I think this is going to be what spares Jax's life. No matter if Jax lives or dies Chibs will become the new Prez of the club because Jax will be dead or forced to leave his club by going "nomad" or to another club as a regular member, or even just drop out from the club and go with Wendy and Nero to raise his boys.

here is why I think Jax will die...

In an interview, he said that Kurt Sutter gives the Cuts (vest/jackets) to all the characters who dies. And when they asked Charlie Hunnam what he wanted to keep after the show, he joked and said one of the bikes. But then he seriously said he was looking forward to getting to keep his cut.
