You sure that's what it was for? Everyone got a letter asking if the # of items they put down was correct due to something being worded weird in the original settlement form. At that time you could ever adjust the # of items or do nothing and they would go forward with how many you had put down.

Just do it anyways. I've gotten two or three that my state wasn't part of the class action. One of the first ones over $100 I got (think it was like $150) was one that was only good for like four states in the midwest due to some regional gas station putting credit card # on receipts. I figured maybe they'd think I was traveling through or something... I got the check mane.
