I think you may be referring to the Concord stop... young jeezy kept yelling out Oakland through his whole set, I don't think he knew where he was, lol
I was there (I got there late and missed soulja boy... purposely because I was getting drunk and didn't wanna see him)

:shrug: the youtube vid says "young jeezy brings out e40 in oakland" and the topic says 'young jeezy brings out e40 at the oakland stop' im sure you can understand how id believe that means that it was in oakland, either that or english has entirely new rules as of tonight i havent learned yet

I think most artists never heard of Concord... Oakland is the closest big city so they just yell that out
I saw Eryka Badu at the Sleep Train pavillion and she was doing the same shit
