when is the official website going to launch?

last time i checked it, i thought i seen a release date, but the site keeps on going down. wussup with that? the webmaster playin games, taking down the page all the time or is there a problem with the place the webpage is being hosted? cuz when yall have all the content and shit up, that would be bootsy if the webpage can only be viewed every other week for 3 hours each time.
