Let's go motherfuckers we got a chance now. They fired their Athletic Director and now Roy is repotedly leaving. We got a chance now!

Looks like next year might actually be the "next year" all you Mizzou fans have been talking shit about all this time!

As for K-State...I will settle for just giving KU a good beating in basketball this year. God knows we do it in football.

its funny how i predicted all the events for KU up to this point in a conversation with my sister on the sunday before the National Championship game.....

ME (3:58:28 PM): well at least Jim Boheim will win a national championship finally

ME (3:58:35 PM): ya gotta be happy for him

SISTER (3:58:39 PM): fuck that

ME (3:58:57 PM): and then Mr. Williams can take that North Carolina job

ME (3:59:04 PM): and KU can go back to being sorry

ME (3:59:08 PM): and i can be happy

SISTER (3:59:13 PM): i dont want to talk to you anymore

ME (3:59:16 PM): hahahhahahahhaa

I predicted the future......isn't that vierd?

please Roy hasnt scored a point for KU

I love to beat the shit out of this arguement.

While I hated KU with Roy Williams....I respect and like Roy as a coach. You see.....beyond the handful of coaches in the ncaa today (bobby knight, coach k, rick majerus, Gary Williams, Lute Olsen and eddie sutton), there isn't a better teacher of the game of basketball than Roy Williams.

Coming out of Souix City East, Kirk Heinrich wasn't even close to being the all-american type player he is today. Trust me I saw him play in High School. Him and Nick Collison were just raw tallent that wouldn't have thought about making the NBA just a few short years ago. But with the lessons Roy gave them....they are ready for NBA careers.

W/O Roy Williams Kansas wouldn't be the national power they are today. And they won't be much of a national power for long after he leaves. Unless they get a super recruiter to come in, but then that coach will still have to know what to do with raw talent.

All i have to say is that ...jeah... roy is gone... but KU isnt exactly losin talent and they arent gonna replace him with some pussy like Quinn... Lastly... Fuck kstate football... Mangino is gonna resurrect the program here and we will see Kstate lose to KU (as they will continue to in Bball) in football within the next year or two... keep talkin shit...

KU will never own anything but maybe Baylor in football. That program made the right move with Bohl because he is the only AD that gave a shit about any other sport except basketball. Roy is one of the best coaches ever, and will do a lot with a great group at UNC. As for MU, HAHA, M-I-Z Z-O-U!!! Mizzou will be THE team to beat in the Big 12 if everybody stays intact. KU will struggle with no leadership other than Langford in the backcourt. Lee is a bench player and will not be the leader they need at the 1.

Missouri has a point guard that can pass, and it will be McKinney, Thomas Jefferson is an All American freshman that will have a big impact at playing either 1 or 2, Conely from VMI will be eligble off transfer after semester is up, Spencer Laurie is another incoming point, not to mention that Ricky Clemons is there. Things are looking beautiful in Columbia baby!! When you speak of KU, you speak of 1 person who has proven leadership in the backcourt (Langford), and one that is a good 6th man, but will have to make the starting lineup (Lee)!

Miles plays the 1 not lee, miles is the leader of the team and is one of the best passers and defenders in the league.
Ku has plenty of incoming talant still coming in next year. J.R. Giddens is nasty.

hey Ghost.......i'm not a fan of either KU or MU....and it's been well documented.....but with all those guards.....where are they gonna play? Sounds like there is going to be a lot of 4 guard sets for Quinn's boys this year. That should spell trouble for maybe Baylor and K-State.

Heh.. the after/pre-football season Jayhawk talk.

Don't forget where Fatgino learned all he knows about coaching... the fucking sell out.

Oh, and how many points did we rack up in the first quarter last year on YOUR turf?

Oh.. and if KU gets Bill Self from Illinois, then I'd put my money on them making another run at the final four. They get a lot of talent back, Simien included, plus the "all-star" recruits (assuming they don't back out now with Williams gone).

Nick. you got a point, but I think that will pan out to someone not being there next year. Miles is the 1, but what I was saying is Lee is not a starter. Oh yeah, J R Giddens should be one to talk about being locked up in jail. Maybe he can get me a big screen! HAHA! On the real, if the Jayhawks sign Self, it will be 2 or 3 years before they can have an opportunity at Final 4. Self runs a totally different style of basketball on defense. Offense is run and gun Jayhawk style but he will struggle on defense. Oh yeah, WHY DID NONE OF THE JAYHAWK FANS COMMIT ON THE BAYLOR CRACK?? HAHA

Whats been up Nick?
