WHO IN DAGO IS THE MOST MUSICALLY INCLINED, AND WHO WRITES THE BEST SONGS?

Damn I aint sure if the original post is two separate questions or a combined question. Its hard to get straight answers when the questions are somewhat vague, Also when the word BEST is used, there is no criteria besides everyone listing their favorite artist....
Question 1. Who in Dago is the most musically inclined? Well again the average fan would not have a clue to this question, because being musically inclined is not something that someone buying a c.d can pick up from listening.
Question 2. Who writes the best songs? Well again with no criteria besides the word BEST it becomes a question with no true answer as everyone has an opinion..Example I see people post shit that they think is hot and I think its hot garbage.
In the answers people are saying names with out any reasons which leads me to believe that they just speaking who they like to hear.
Was the question meant to be who is the most all around talented Artist?....If so I would have to say..
1. Dave Moss..Why ? because he can make all sorts of different types of beats which shows he is universal..while some are a 1 trick pony. He is also a trained Engineer in which he attended school for and records, engineers, mixes for many artists, not to say those with out training can not...but many who do it are average at best and some on the list over compress shit...Dave can also Sing and harmonize ( although he doesn't very often) he can play different live instruments, and even though he only raps here and there..he is actually up there with the best in dago.
I guess when I reply to questions like these I think along these lines...If I had to invest $1,000,000 in an artist who would it be....I would not invest in anyone previously mentioned as there is no way they could double my investment let alone help me break even.
