you might as wel take the "Socal" part out because they have hella talent down there, but it won't have anything to do with the Bay movement keeping going if a Crooked I, Bishop Lamont, or Glasses Malone blows up. Plus this is a Bay Area board...
I would have to go with Big Rich being next after seeing his video. ALthough I think any of the City rappers got a chance since there are a lot of quality songs that are supposedly on MTV Jams (which I dont get). Look What I've Done for Them, U C It, So Hood, and Thats tha Bizness.

Crooked I is one of the most slept on artists in the GAME period....will he blow next??? I hope so, just needs to be given some exposure instead of playing the independent hustle. But like some one said above it will be Bishop Lamont. He got game and having the Dr. as your head coach aint a bad formula for success.
