that would be dope....but i ain't 21 yet
vegas would still be a blast, i never got carded while I was there, but then again, i'm 21 so the risk wasnt there either.

but if u want to drink, just hit up the usual places in mexico. one of the cheapest outside of tijuana is rosarito. its nice like cancun, just not as big from what I've heard. and its fairly close to the border so you could drive there on one tank of gas and not worry about mexican gas

Honestly vegas, mexico, all that it's cool and all, but nothing i mean NOTHING beats HAVANA.

Cuba's got some of the best all inclusives, bomb women, THE BEST Rum, THE BEST cigars, bomb women, some of the worlds best beaches, fantastic weather, bomb women, and a much more friendly population (especially towards americans) than any other country you could probably chose.

Shit i didn't even notice you were in Canada, man you've got no reason not to go! Here they make it hard for us. Damn i'd go every year if i lived up there and had the extra $$$.

Just about any major hotel you stay at will be all inclusive. It really depends on how close to the action you want to be. Are you more into beaches, scuba diving, boating, swimming, lots of free drinks or are you more into site seeing, clubs, lots of people, not really much in the way of beaches, less relaxation more action?

Veradero is a whole city that is basically now centered around the whole All Inclusive Hotel business and there just about anything you chose you'll be impressed with and will all be priced about the same.

For more Havana 2nd option type i'd recomend staying in the suburb of Miramar (it's where all the diplomats from other countries live) the hotels are less expensive and it is a 5 min. maybe 10 for some crazy reason cab ride to down town Havana. Spots in downtown Havana WILL NOT disappoint but they are gunna be really expensive.

I don't remember the name of the hotel i stayed at, but if you're seriously considering it i can look it up and some other recomended spots from people i know that've been to other joints there.

Just PM me or hit me on AIM if you've got any questions that i might be able to help with.
