UFC to answer future WWE challenges

According to the Wrestling-Observer Newsletter, a highly-ranked UFC official said that the company no longer plans to ignore WWE's public "challenges."

While UFC let Angle's storyline "open challenge" to anyone from a 4-, 6- or 8-sided ring go unaddressed, it will not be doing that in the future. If WWE attempts to put one of its wrestlers over as superior to MMA fighters, it will respond to put public pressure on WWE to make the match happen.

"Now that we have exposure, we're not going to be ignoring stuff like this. We'll go public and have Chuck Liddell accept any public challenges or claims they'll make," the source said.

Angle could probably out wrestle the majority if not all of the UFC fighters.. But he wouldn't really have a shot in the UFC unless he trained for a good year or so, and he is too injured for that..

Plus, if he got taken down and put on his back he'd probably be fucked because wrestlers don't know what to do when they are on there back.

Besides being an olympic champion, Kurt Angle comes from a big family of Phili Street Brawlers. 5, 6 even 10 years ago, Angle could shut down the UFC. Today, with his current injuries... I just dont know...

Angle can wrestle noone will argue that, but he would get demolished in UFC. Hell the deaf dude that didn't even win ultimate fighter would kill angel and he isn't even officially UFC yet.
