I spend 50/50 at trader's and other places. I just try to get cheap, but healthy foods (I am not a veggie person too).

I tried that smart bacon at Safeway... shit was like bark... it was gross as hell.

I'll give something a try and I found those to be good and healthier (than usual stuff).

just get some turkey bacon, still meat, but healthier than pork. you can also bake it instead of frying it, it comes out good

oh yeah, I'm just saying I try that morning star shit to see whats good. If I can tolerate it, like some of the soy foods, I'll keep it in my diet.

You wont believe how many young people I meet at the hospital that have heart problems.

yeahhh, i bet! my relatives have a history of heart problems, most of them died in their 50's from heart attacks, so i dont eat red meat. once in awhile pepperoni pizza or ground beef in a taco or something, but usually just chicken, turkey or fish. also i try not to eat too much deep fried stuff, i like grilled better anyways. also lots of fruits and vegetables, good stuff.
