1. E-40-can u argue with him..he is bringing so much exposure to the bay and is paving the way for young bay artists...he squashed his beef with dre u dumb fucks that hate him..People are always going to hate the top dogg
2. Paris-smart man graduating from college..does not get caught up in the hyphy shit which is getting a little out of hand...doing his thing for his people for aware of the injustice of our people ..don't sleep on this great mc.that t kash album was one of the best i ever heard
3.Hieroglyphics- very underated group that never get talk about here..not your hyphy stuff and mob shit but lyrical can not be touch
4. Misah Fab- too high i don't think so...im a fan on hip hop but i got a special place from bay area rap...when dre passed i was as down as almost any tru bay fab..im not saying he is not dre but he hits are what get the party started, and he is very talented lyrical when he chooses to...he can be the face of the bay he has such a special talent that will appeal to everyone , hopfully he does not get carry away acting retarted..
5. Yukmouth- he could be higher but it seems he loses focus...maybe to many diss tracks or artist.. what happen to the old yuk to had anthems like welcome to the bay....well i hope him the best and his new million doller brings him back...he has all the talent in the world to do it....
6.keak-has some anthem but needs to step it up a notch i know he can be the face of the bay lyrics are getting a little repetive
7. Frontline- u may think a little high, but these guys have major talent and working with ski with make them better...class of the new bay
8. Andre/Dre Dogg- king on the undeground...king of the mobbshit has his own unique style and been in the game for awhile..
9. Jacka- Hey its the jack, yeah he gots it lyrical with a kool deep thinking laid back style..i hope he is working hard on his new album which could be big for him..
10San Quinn- friscos finest has been doing his thing for years....if a guy deserves a national spotlight that is due it is this man...
10. Messy Marv- has some anthems and needs to build of his momentum of
'get on my hype" maybe stay away from all those r and b hooks he gots on his cds unless he does it with something famous like keysia cole maybe?

on the bubble these our guys that right under
clyde--young could rise gots alot of potential
ya boy -same as ya boy
jt- i know he can make a comeback and be a force is doing his thing right now with snoop
pack-see clyde
dubee-aint be the same since dre died
mac mall- aint what he use to be

hahahaha man.. i hella looked at my list and was like damn. ok i'll redo it:

10. Yukmouth (dude's kinda fallin off, we'll have to wait and see..)
9. A-Wax (sometimes i hate him, sometimes i don't)
8. Lil Coner (consistent with droppin good albums)
7. AP-9 (well he can't do much now, but his newer material is good)
6. Andre Nickatina (still doin his thang, at least he isn't hyphy..)
5. San Quinn (spits the real, with lyrical skills)
4. Husalah (nice energy, always interested in what he says)
3. Dubee (still raw and gets a party goin, can do better than hyphy shit)
2. Messy Marv (like his somewhat gritty style, needs to show more of it)
1. Jacka (great style, vocab, lyrics and delivery, good with stories)

It never ceases to amaze me how there are still people out there who regard keak as one of the best rappers in the bay. His incoherent, 'monster who lives under a bridge' voice is an insult to the ears of anyone who hears it. He always seems to remind me of a grown man holding a mic, jumping around and spitting like an agitated toddler. Keak effortlessly manages to ruin any track he appears on with his appalling lack of discipline on the mic. How you can have the audacity to place him above The Jacka in a list of the top 10, let alone do him the honours of being allowed to appear in the list at all is beyond me.

My top 10 list

Seagram ( RIP)
1. Del The Funkee Homosapien Ant Diddley Dog ( Bad-N-fluenz) No longer recording Rappin Ron ( Bad-N-Fluenz) ( RIP) 2. V.-White (Vidal of the Delinquents) 3. Yukmouth ( when he's focused ) 4. Opio ( Hyroglyphics/ Souls of Mischief) Elclipse ( Cydal) (RIP) 5. T. Luni ( formerly of Cydal) Goldy ( no longer recording) 6. San Quinn 7. Richie Rich Agerman ( 3 X Krazy ) ( Raw flow but too many recycled lines) 8.Clyde Carson ( The Team ) 9. Killa Keise 10. Jacka ( Mob Figaz) This is my personal list I look at it as people I really like and would sign if I ran a record label now I also included deceased rappers who were raw as fuck, now if I just went off of people I would sign then I would put E-40 very high on my list but he isn't one of my 10 favorite Bay Area Rappers. 3 years ago I would have put Keak Da Sneak on my top 10 but he needs to step the lyrics up and make the quality music he made from 1995-2003. Mac Dre, and Tupac should be on there but they were not people I put in my top 10 personal favorites rappers. I like Cellski's shit from 1994-1998 I give him an honorable mention, and I like the Whoridas. Mistah FAB will be a star someday but he's not one of my top 10 favorites. Too Short from 1988-1996 was one of my favorites as well.

Cant get with this goin dumb movement "sorry".I feel it makes a mockery of us as a culture. The old 80's and 90's shit was u guy's golden era, it was gangsta, sexy, stand-up, and it was men of respect. These new guy's I cant feel.
