Hey Wood, on the real man. How do you feel about being a white rapper in the game? I mean you have street cred. shit you have more street cred. then all the white rappers out there that are trying to be g's and shit. I mean, right now Paul Wall is suppose to be the next eminem or whatever and I think lyricaly your nicer then him. Do you think that you dont appeal to white america because of the style of music you do? Being that your music is labeled "Norteno Music". Is making mills. something that your trying to do? I mean, in my opinion I think that if that was your plan that would have been something you could have done back in the late 90's. I have always respected the fact that you stay true to your music and open the doors for up and coming mexican artist, thats some real shit right there. Stay up and drop that Carrio album soon man cause CHICOs been waiting for a long ass minute.

i totally think it is the beats and his style, i mean in America if you cant dance to it, then majority are not goin to play that shit....you have 50 cent for example who is shit, gets all the rotation, and why, cuz you can dance to it or grind whatever, same with Eminem, his shit got more rotation generally when he started gettin them faster beats and more commercialized....i look at him as a white rapper, but i also know he is a homeboy, but one who i respect probably more than 98% of the rappers you or i have heard on your local hip/hop & rap radio stations....

when i play WOODIE in my car with people who have no idea who he is or what is playin, first thing they want is something they can sing to....i am like nope! :) then i go to AM radio if i have to....

its also like Nas goin to kiss Jay-Z ass, i mean as an artist before this i had a lot of respect for him, but now i dunno, he goin to be more Def Jam and less Nas i think....i have never been a Jay-Z fan, and dont plan now, but imma stop ramblin, just throwin some of my opinions out there!
