Yeah way to go Congress! Like putting the finger on hip hop (again) is going to solve any of the on going problems in this country.......If they want to put the blame on any of the crimes etc. that exist in the inner city's maybe we should start from the beginning......Who were the one's that inslaved people and brought them from another county? Who were the people that lynched people b/c of the color of they're skin? Maybe congress should HELP the youth with more or better educational programs and activities such as sports or anything that will sway them away from a certain lifestyle that congress is aiming @?!
