They are RE-LOCATING (To My Knowledge) By BRENDEN THEATRES Downtown MODESTO. Thats alot Better for them in My Opinion. Alot more Traffic goin Through there. That was a good move on their part because when they were on Mchenry, They were in the Cuts and alot of people prolly diidnt want to Ride all the way out there.

ERICA right? She also owns HIT FACTORY in SAN JO. To my Knowledge, It's gonna be somwhere In the Downtown area. That will be better cause alot of folks will slide through there all the time.

There's a Plaza with a Few Shops Next street over Behind AM/PM on I street that always got space for Lease. MODESTO boys you know what i'm talkin about...That would be perfect for The GROOVE shop.
